New age kappa's "sara" floats above their heads, maintaining the correct position in any conditions, like a gyroscope. You can't trick this kappa by making them bow.
They also seem to often have axolotl-like appendages on their heads.
It is unknown how or why new age kappa appeared. There is a theory based on suspicious coincidence of visual features, that sometimes new age kappa evolve from old age individuals."
