Sorry about that. :p If it helps, I like the detail of the braided cord being used to hold the hat on. It makes a lot of sense since it's a wide hat and would need some sort of anchor.

I really like how you do a 'toony' style. There's still plenty of detail but with a cute face that is very hard to get right for most artists. But you did it wonderfully here.
