I had the idea for this picture already in 2007 and sketched it in the same year. However, it tooks eight further years before it was finished. And with around 40 hours of work, it was my most time-consuming single picture to this point^^
I like dragons. That’s why I like drawing them. Post-apocalypse + dragons, that something special. This is the only time you can see what kind of enemies Elena had in this setting. Based on her reaction, however, it doesn’t seem to worry her “much”.
Conclusion of a series of pictures created between 2007 and 2015.
Done with various pencils, Polychromos and Fantasia colors, in fine technique.
