A very saucy gem from

ingredients
2.5 lbs of ground beef
garlic powder 2 1/2 tbs or to taste
garlic and herb seasoning 1 1/2 tb or to taste
onion powder 2 tbs or to taste
paprika 1 tbs
sage 1 tsp
parsley 1 tsp
vegetable seasoning 1 1/2 tsp
basil flakes 1 1/2 tsp
1 cup minute rice
4 tbs honey farmers market fresh
2 eggs famers market
diced bell peppers green, yellow, red farmers market fresh
2 packs of diced spring onions 1cup
1 cup mild pickled jalapenos
1 can of diced tomatos and chilis
9 drops of choula hot sauce
3 tsps of sweet spicy mustard
1 1/2 sweet baby rays bbq sauce
1 bottle of ketchup
pre heat oven to 425 degrees
grab a oven safe backing dish large
pam spray
foil
huge bowl
cutting board
backing dish
step one : chop and dice up your {spring onion, jalapeno, bell peppers} on a cutting board and add to a huge mixing bowl.
step two : add your {black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, garlic and herb, honey. sage, parsley, basil, vegetable seasoning, sweet baby rays bbq sauce, choulula hot sauce, onion powder, sweet and hot mustard} to your mixing bowl.
step three: add your { eggs, rice, beef, can of tomato's and chilis} into the mixing bowl with all the other ingredients in the mixing bowl. mix everything very thoroughly.
step four : spray your baking dish down with some pam. than transfer your meatloaf mix over to the baking dish make sure to spread the meat evenly across the dish and make sure it is level.
step five: take your {bottle of ketchup } and empty the entire bottle ontop of the meatloaf than using a spoon spread the ketchup evenly across the meatloaf covering the entire top of the loaf.
step six: take a large piece of aluminum foil and cover the top of your baking dish. than once the foil is placed open the oven and place your meatloaf in the oven at425 degrees for 65 minutes ,
step seven : after your timer goes off pull the meatloaf out of the oven and pull the foil off the meatloaf and allow it to stand on heat proof surface for a 4 minutes than slice the meatloaf to your desired size slices. I cut mine into 4 rows of 6 to make 24 slices of meatloaf .
step eight : make your sides of choice as the meatloaf was cooking .
step nine : plate and eat.
