The thumbnail is somewhat accurate. I have a spider (she looks like an orb weaver, but I haven’t seen any orb-like webs) nesting next to/on my bathroom vent fan. She has an egg sac on her, and I couldn’t bring myself to kill her. However, every time I go in there, I am worried that either she has built a web all the way down into something I have to touch, like the toilet or my shower, OR that her eggs have hatched.

… I’m honestly unsure of what to do at this point. I know most of the babies won’t survive, but won’t I still have spiderlings (dead and alive) all over my bathroom floor? Also, I know even if I do ‘man up’ and decide to kill her, squishing the sac could release all of the juvenile spiders anyway, unless I did it in a controlled environment/container.
