Libeccio es la hermana menor de la Observadoras. Ella está más interesada en conocer el mundo y ser libre que tener las responsabilidades de una Observadora. Por eso prefiere recorrer el mundo y descuida sus funciones. Por eso no estuvo muy feliz cuando sus hermanas la obligaron a reunirse con ellas en el continente flotante, lugar donde los cuatro cuadrantes se unen y las hermanas deben mantener el orden, pues si allí se desata el caos, ponto se extenderá a todo el mundo. Libeccio tiene como armas dos chakrams, además tiene ligeros poderes métanles para maximizar o minimizar las emociones de os demás.

Libeccio is the younger sister of the Observers. She is more interested in seeing the world and being free than having the responsibilities of an Observer. Because of this, she prefers to travel the world and neglect her duties.
