A trip to Indigo Park
Commission by nazznanuke.bsky.social Snow and I commissioned a couple weeks ago after I finished playing the game. Story by me edited by the plush.
"Are you sure?" asked Snow for the 50th time.
"Yes, I am sure. The park has been abandoned for 15 years, but all reports indicated it has not been fully pillaged ... I wonder why" answered Loupy.
"Because they say it is haunted!" pouted the pizzly.
"You don't believe in ghosts more than I do".
"Well actually ... but even without ghosts some of the robots may be still going around with faulty programming".
"That is why I'm taking you, plush. So you can reprogram them".
This ended the discussion as the two friends got to the park.
"This is the back of the main area, a supply delivery and storage area" said the silver wolf.
"Yeah, you said it would be easier to enter here and more likely to have the collectables we are looking for" answered his friend, moving to the electronic keypad.
There were many doors and many of those electronic locks, and the ursine Loupy called plush took 15 minutes before picking one. Taking out tools and a small computer, he started to play with the wires before finally hacking the door open.
"Open sesame" said Snow.
In front of them was a storage area, if the dust was any indication it had been untouched for 15 years since the park closed. Without hesitation the wolf went in and started to look through the boxes and crates, searching for the collectables the they had come for. The toys they had or missed as kids, and now wanted.
"It's mostly baby stuff ..." said the canine investigator. "Diapers, baby bottles and other related supplies ... I guess we got into the supply room for the nursery".
"Ewww 15 year old mummified baby food" said the bear. "At least it didn't rot since it was still bottled, just dried up".
"Except the food everything else seems useable, That means if we find the plush boxes, we are golden".
"You mean yellow, like those diapers if you wore them!" said Snow, making the wolf goes huff and puff.
"Did someone say he need a change?" said a high pitched childish voice with a robotic tone. Both friends jumped in surprise, turning to see an animatronic fursuit. It was dressed and voiced like Roarey Racoon, the park's main character.
"What do you think it is?" asked Snow "you're the expert on the park".
The canine moved toward the animatronic, nearly half his size and examined it. "It's the experimental Roarey Racoon mascot they were planned for the nursery. I'm surprised it is still running and that it looks this advanced ...".
"Yes, I'm the mascot! I'm here to take care of the little ones and help the staff!" happily chirped Roarey.
"Bringing him home would be great, but I think it is linked to relays in the park, it would turn off if it left". said Loupy
"Probably ..." Snow agreed pointint to some boxes with antennas "but how can it still have power after all this time?".
"Anyway, I heard someone needs a change" said the robotic racoon ignoring the bears question, "Unfortnately I can't reach any staff currently on shift".
But the two friends had already moved on to looting crates, until they found some with plushies in good shape. "Jackpot" both of them said together.
"You are older than our target audience, but Indigo Park strives for an excenlent customer experience!" continued the racoon.
The pair was loading the plushies that were in the best shape into their backpacks without giving a second though to the small robot mascot.
"Park rules say little ones require supervision at all times..." The racoon was having little twitches like something wasn't right, and little electrical arcs popped from time to time. "This is not a safe place for babies. Initiating Cub Customer Protocols".
Before the two friends could react the robotic racoon cheerfully jumped and grabbed an ear of each of them, forcing them to bend as it dragged them toward the nursery area. "Unaccompanied cubs must be kept safe in the nursery until their parents come to pick them up".
"We are not cubs!" said Plush.
"Our parents are not in the park! It's closed!" shouted the canine.
The machine was unrelenting and ignored their claims, and its grip was so strong neither dared to try and pull free.
Soon they entered a nursery, fully equipped to care for babies. From a huge playpen with many toys, to a changing table capable of simultaneously handling several babies of even large species. Still everything was clearly undersized for the adult pair, but the robot paid that no mind. As soon as both of them were in the door was locked electronically by a silent command from Roarey.
"So who is in need of a change little ones?" asked the animatronic, and the two adults pointed to each other. "Both of you, noted" before pointing to a corner with big pillows. "Go stand in the timeout corner and wait for Roarey to be ready for you. You already snuck away from your parents, don't misbehave more or it's spanky spanky time".
Knowing how strong the machine was the two friends didn't want a spanking from it, and quickly moved to stand in the corner. Both noticed cameras were moving to keep them centered in their view.
The racoon came back and grabbed the closest one, the pizzly. The ursine struggled a little against its unrelenting power of mechanical servos, but without success. Soon he was on the changing table naked. "Don't move, either of you, or it is spanky spanky time for you both" it said with an electronic twitch.
"Your a big baby! It was hard to find supplies in your size but I managed" showing the bear an oversized cloth diaper that was likely meant as a prop. But the machine used it anyway.
Loupy giggled, rolling on the floor laughing as his friend was powdered, diapered and put in a huge Indigo Park themed onesie.
His laughter stopped however when it was his turn to be dragged to the changing table. Soon he was being dressed like his friend to the excited joy of the robot raccoon. "Both of you are older than the target audience of this part of the park, but we are duty bound to give everyone the best experience possible!"
"You two will have to wait in the playpen until your parents come for you. In the meantime I'll go get some of the baby food we have in storage so you don't get hungry. And remember, fussy babies get spanky spanky, so be good."
"Are you sure?" asked Snow for the 50th time.
