A Slice of Life in Lovecraft County: Of Games and Girls
Decided to finally post this mess of a story. I have been working on it since I for obtained Cecelia as an adopt a number of months back since I wanted to do a Rom-Com for a while now. I've added characters and removed them, reworked some, and gave in to some very trope material. I am glad to finally feel like I have something that I can actually say is "done" when it comes to my writing. I still think I need to go over and edit it once more since some of the phrasing and sentence structure feels a bit stiff in places. However, I think if I glare at it too much longer I might never post it.
So here it is! One of several stories that I have planned that take place in my Lovecraft County setting. While this one is not a "Horror Story" I do plan to have one of the stories feature some "Horror Vibes" since it will tell the tale of a young calico catboy named Thomas and his continued search for his cousin that the Players Characters were not able to locate/discover where they disappeared to. His story and the future instalment of the Roleplaying Game session will cross paths at some point so I cannot say much yet.
