I couldn't decide if I wanted him masked, unmasked, with the large halo or without it for his starting, more street-level form, so you, my loyal watchers, get to pick!

It's between 2 or 3 for me. The big halo I like as a design element, it balances out the dark of the pants and brings attention to the head. Masked or unmasked is the hard part. I'm not familiar with the character but to me, not wearing a mask makes him look more vulnerable. Wearing a mask seems more like he is hiding something or is more mysterious.
