Yes before any one says 'OH he looks a lil bit like joker...' THATS CAUSE HE IS -.-
As some of you may know, Joker (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5756034/) Can transform into human form. Well this is his brother. No his human form has not been finished yet but i will post a pic of them too soon. Lucifeir is this guys name. All yellow glows. Inside of mouth and all is yellow.
Also if you saw my sub Tayer you will also know he has a mystic form and all. He is part of the clan Petrie, well Lucifier and Joker are two twins from an opposing clan, Knights. Anyways no one will probs read this anyways XD soo heres just a rough draft of this fellow.

OMG THAT BE ALL EPIC! red ones would scare me X3 i seen people have things like that but they kinda cant see at all XD i want glow in the dark, blue contacts and die the whites balck *0* i saw a guy with them, and i was like WOAHHHH! of course for a dress up though not just like casually have them on in the streets at night XD
