Tails is under Kaa's hypnosis and his coils, and Kaa is finding pleasure in playing with his two-tailed prize. With the fox boy's feet exposed, Kaa decides to use his tail to brush the little feet. This causes Tails to giggle uncontrollably and adorably. Kaa takes notice and increases the tickles, resulting in a series of uncontrollable twitches and trembles from the young fox. Kaa zigzagged up and down the fox cub's feet, making Tails laugh hysterically, making Kaa laugh as well.

"Ticklissssh are we, fox cub?" asked Kaa, though Tails' adorable giggles were the only response he got.

Kaa continued to savor his pleasure, liking the struggles of the little fox's quivering in his coils while he remained subjected to the tickling.
