TRANSCRIPT

Alright, I got my stuff back, but my hands hurt like a motherfucker. Thankfully nobody started snooping around, but then again focus wasn't on the big city. So, I'll try to retrace my steps here of what actually happened, because I don't think STEEL or Eltyr even know the full picture.

Back on June 6th, I swapped out my gear and hid mine. Then, I took off in search of 'Gears', who turned out to be another wielder. He introduced himself as A4-2733-14, combat class. He was to ensure me, and any other wielders infiltrating Eltyr got in safely, which he did. I was stuffed in the back of a cargo drone. It was terrifying. Once inside, to Eltyr I was 'Clover Hove'

After that, Cpt. Haines on Eltyr's comms pointed me to an orientation ment for incoming staff, lucky for me, the next one was only in an hour. Just had to make my way over and figure out my way around. I passed by many people on my way, and so many colorful species that I've never seen before. On Sol its just an assortment of brown canines, felines, or the occasional reptile. Here I saw blue avians, red foxes, and other white wolves just to name a few. But I did eventually find the orientation room in one of the bigger ships.

It was boring, interestingly enough they described this object as a vast energy source, no mention of it being anomalous or very powerful. Still, I did notice another C3 unit here. Difficult to tell without the tell-tale glowing eyes. Matter of fact there were probably other wielders there too, just couldn't spot them.

After the orientation, our group of newcomers were sent to their quarters for the night. The other C3 was my bunk-mate. Her name was Emilie.

We chatted a bit, mostly over some card games. Pretty much just shot the breeze about what it was we were even after. Some kind of massive battery of energy, or even some kind of weapon. No idea, but it kept us talking. All speculative of course. Nothing more than what other people around me had mentioned.
