May Then My Name Die With Me, built to love. from madison rye progress's Post-Self series.
"between joy and fear is a place of too much meaning," says Where It Watches The Slow Hours Progress.
"the flesh and the blood they keep my body warm, still my mind is cold. to know what's fair is not always clear; what proves true'll never be," says the Anniversary.
there is a connection between post-self and the anniversary in my head, somehow. among other connections: the brief period i hung out on furryMUCK, the boardwalk at the peak of summer, standing on a boat in the atlantic ocean and watching the endless sky pass.
this drawing was oddly automatic. it took about fifteen minutes. i used a mouse and microsoft paint. the colors are vivid in a way only digital colors are. i imagine an Odist would appreciate the sensory intensity, or at very least find it thematically relevant.
