Aaron as an avali taur, laying on his back. He just finished eating a big meal, and now he is sleeping.
Look at his chest rise and fall as he breathes. His upper body contains his only set of lungs. Unlike anthro creatures, the lungs completely fill his upper body (see https://www.furaffinity.net/view/61244498/ ). Meanwhile, his lower body contains the heart, stomach, and most other organs. Up on top of the belly, his big stomach grumbles from time to time as it processes the food. His big taur hands are right there to comfort the big belly, occasionally rubbing, patting, and scratching it.
