An idea I had either a few weeks ago or a month ago, I can't remember what I do recall is getting the initial idea and then sitting on it before lightly starting on it during our RV stay near Winthrop. Originally, I wanted to draw Rachel grilling for the 4th of July but the 4th passed on and I had already started drawing the previous Thresher shark. I liked the idea of Rachel attending a grill in a bikini, inspired by other peoples' art but envisioned her wearing an apron over her swimsuit to avoid accidentally burning herself or damaging her bikini. See, Rachel enjoys grilling, it's the only form of cooking that she's good at and is very proud of it, since otherwise she has to rely on others (whether it's siblings, uncles and aunts, grandparents, friends and roommates, and Willy) to make anything more substantial than some eggs.

Here, she's attending the grill, finishing a serving of hotdogs and hamburgers while her boyfriend relaxes in an inflatable pool, no doubt enjoying the view of her bending over to attend the grill intended for sars much smaller than the 8 foot tall Allosaurs. It actually took me a bit to find a good reference picture and then, I knew I had to really improvise to better represent Rachel's muscular physique (as the woman in the picture I used looked pretty waifish) and I ended up looking at Quicktron's art of his more buff female characters as a base point of how Rachel's arms and legs look. Compared to the foreground, the background was a lot easier, I more quickly found a photo I liked of a guy reclining in an inflatable pool and went that as the reference point and then just hastily drew a bush, houses, a fence, and some trees. I did admittedly half ass the colors on certain elements but my patience was wearing thin by this point and I just wanted to finish the drawing.
