A little tribute to Felix Baumgartner, who died in a paragliding crash yesterday.
For those who don't know who he was - Felix was a world wide known extreme sports athlete, specifically a skydiver and basejumper who set several records, his most memorable one being his stratosphere skydive in 2012 in the project called "Red Bull Stratos", which he had the support of Red Bull from.
Felix was one of the reasons why I got into the whole topic, as well as doing my first solo skydive 2 years ago. What he did was amazing and I am honestly shocked of his sudden passing.
I am sure that Fred here also found some big inspiration from him, since he actually did the exact same jump in a few artworks that I did a few years back. Naturally he's paying his respect too.
On either note, I hope he's found his peace, and I am sorry for his family too. Fly high and free, space man.
