When Feathers started having wetting problems, Slither Scale thought he was being mischievous, but when they had gone to see a doctor, he soon learned that Feathers was incontinent, probably from hatching in the snow, and thus, Feathers will have to wear diapers for life. Feathers felt sad to know why he wets his bed so much, thinking how unfair it was to be incontinent. Slither felt so bad for him, as he tried to comfort him. Being Feathers' fatherly caretaker, he would do all he can to help Feathers be himself and accept his diapers.
