Hey there. With the annual summer sale behind us, I had picked up DbD and a handful of DLC for it. I am a complete noob and only had about 15 hours on another platform and that was a year ago. So I have a complete beginner mentality returning to it.

Anyhow when I started playing, I wanted to have a way to fight back, to have something offensive I could use. I found that fun, and naturally discovered and started doing research on flashbangs, learning how to use pallets, etc. And while I only have 30 hours or something, some of that AFK, there’s so much to learn, so much to notate. So many builds and variety, so much grinding to do. I love it! Flash builds, power struggle, a friend running sabotage, I’ve truly had some fun moments on this game.


Even funny when I’m solo queuing a lot. And frustrating moments with me exclaiming “WHAAAAATTTT.” Or getting matched against a killer I’ve never seen, or getting stealth-ambushed when certain killers appear out of nowhere when doing a gen. I genuinely let out screams of fear and panic ensues!

Here’s to the first 500 hours or so being fun before I get tired of the sandbagging, slugging, etc.
