Turns out, he's not used to having tools scribbled along his feet. It was an interesting discovery for him... and his unseen tester.

Oh, I'm sorry; I was going to get right on here and make that edit for you as soon as I got done with my other work today! I literally sat down to do it and then saw this update. Apologies.
PS "Modular Warning" isn't the reason I didn't upload the alternate. I just don't usually do that unless there's an extreme difference, like a different costume or something. Thanks for putting it up!

Brogus I imagine does have rather thick and tough skin as well as having an extremely muscular build, though doesn't mean that he'd not also have a keen sense of touch and not really so used to these light touches, particular with a mixture of rough and soft techniques with both brushes and feathers. He would seem to indeed be very ticklish in the areas that might be expected, particularly the soles of the feet and between his toes. Though they're left untouched at the moment, I wonder whether his armpits might not prove to be even more sensitive to tickling.
I think you may be right. But not even that tough hide can protect him.
I actually did consider tickling his armpits too, but thought the image was getting too cluttered. Perhaps one of the mysterious gloved hands will sneak in a feather or a toothbrush under there, and see if it makes him jump.
