(DEAR DIARY,
Howling and barking is starting to feel natural, I just have to work on it a little more. It's hard for squirrels to howl, we just lack the vocal capacity. Soon i'll be a wolf! i just need to file these teeth down and keep my tail limp all the time, stop climbing trees, stretch my snout a little more. I snuck into a wolf club yesterday and stayed for 3 hours! I got kicked out when i started eating acorns. I also smell like i sound.)

I should write a screen play about a squirrel transitioning into a wolf. It will be dark and strange. Kids will watch it and leave confused. Adults will watch it and be even more confused, but will pretend to like it so that they don't seem like philistines. Transgendered people will love it.
