The only hit on Furaffinity for Hross! The Hrossa were a race of giant otter/beaver people from C.S. Lewis's sci-fi novel Out Of The Silent Planet. They live on Mars and mostly hunt, fish and recite poetry at one another. This ref is pretty closely based on the physical description of them from the book.

I comm'd this guy because I thought it would be fun to use these guys as a Christian Furry open species. Nobody has really taken me up on that, and to be fair I haven't had many ideas for this character, as the Space Trilogy is pretty thin on worldbuilding for them. They are a society without sin, which raises interesting challenges for writing stories about them, but I haven't put in the effort to work out how to solve them. But, still, I should bring this guy out more.
