Sandra Knight, hija de un senador y una socialité. Lo que pocos saben es que ella lucha contra el crimen como la heroína conocida como Phantom Bat.Es una luchadora experta y su arma especia es un dispositivo que le permite crear un rayo de luz negra para proyectar oscuridad. Dentro del área oscura sus enemigos son incapaces de ver y sus otros sentidos comienza a alterase causando miedo y confusión. Por otro lado, Phantom bat puede ver perfectamente en la zona oscura y crear ilusiones, ya sea como una imagen doble o con la apariencia de un ser monstruoso.

She is an expert fighter, and her signature weapon is a device that allows her to create a beam of black light to project darkness. Within the dark area, her enemies are unable to see, and their other senses begin to disrupt, causing fear and confusion. On the other hand, Phantom Bat can see perfectly in the dark area and create illusions, either as a double image or with the appearance of a monstrous being.
