What does a proper scientist do when presented with anything unknown? Examine it to the best of their abilities, of course. Then again, when said item begins to spark and smoke badly enough fill the room, it MIIIGHT be time to run. Especially when it's all coming from such an disproportionately small, comically toony device.

A wonderfully-done piece by  wontoonroo as part of his Iron Artist challenge. Not normally the style I'd go for, but he just draws too damn well to have passed up the chance. May have a followup if I can get another commission from him.
