When I remembered to bring it, this was the usual custom badge I wore at cons for many years. A couple of years ago I scanned it into Photoshop and recoloured it, even redrawing small details. Compare it to the other version of "Lifesigns" in this gallery. Working on a scale only about three inches across, it was difficult to add much detail. But with an enlarged digital canvas I added far more than detail. It was possible to enhance the colours to make a far more brilliant and intense image. Later I printed out a copy to wear. Now all I have to do is go to another con, someday... *sigh*
