kolmeckkithron looking at a spotted hyena. I never really think about it, but hyenas are frickin' HUGE. This was a photo just after it looked right at him, and then is turning to flop on the ground against the window.

That's rare that they come up to the window like that. Every time I've been to the denver zoo they ish hiding out in the rocks

Depends on the 'yena. The ones at Bush Gardens Florida come right up to the window like they own the place.

And, to agree with Noben, they are indeed smeggin' huge!

Hyenas look bigger than they are, thanks to those oversized shoulders and neck... but they still are pretty big!
