I made this for  koboldcacophony Hatchday!

Icloss's friends got them something very special for their hatchday this year. Little did Icloss know, the special gift was turning them into an inflatable Lugia forever, with no hope of being anything else other than an inflatable Lugia until the end of time.

Hopefully Icloss will enjoy their new life!
