There was a secret that Teresa has kept under her hat for the last year or so, only her agent and her family knew. And now with the first pictures coming out, it's official. Teresa Coyotl is spending the offseason filming for an adaptation of video game Laika: Aged Through Blood! The first production stills have shown her dressed as the title character and it's a tight shooting window; she's even missing out on Burning Fur this year because of all the time needed for shoots and re-shoots so she can still fit in practice time for the Firestorm. It's exciting for her career as she was looking to futureproof her career- after all, as much as she's enjoying basketball she knows it can't last forever and there's a decent pipeline for sports stars to acting roles, especially in action roles. Time will tell how well the movie career goes, but at least for now, she's enjoying the idea!

A fantastic picture by  Cheshirkas- I've been playing Laika off and on and with the main character being a coyote, I figure it would be fun if Teresa wanted to branch out. And well, she may not have the solid tan fur of Laika but she certainly cuts a great figure on her own, doesn't she? This would most likely be a pre-production still since she's missing the red markings that Laika has in the movie, or perhaps the producers felt that it would mar her natural looks. I'm definitely considering further pictures of her in this concept so keep watch!
