yolk!

I wanted to explore this waxwing girl character more, so I got one of yolk's wonderful character design commissions! You guys should keep an eye out for more by them! They were fast and obviously worth more than what she was charging (only $10)

Also, I really want to figure out how to get wing-arms to look as natural as yolk did!

I remember the moment I saw a cedar waxwing. Was the only time I've seen one, too. Lovely creatures. Very cool character design.

yeah I know. I always just end up putting wings wear the arms should go. But I can never figure out how to do the finger feather thing. . . but she got it just right. this IS beautiful

It works for some styles, although I honestly just get mental block from it because it's one of those makes-no-anatomical-sense-at-all things that just really bugs me? Still, some people make it work, so more power to them! And it works here. :D

UG I understandddd feathers do not actually equal fingers and it normally drives me nuts. It's like when people add digitigrade paws to all sorts of animals who are not digitigrade.

I know! Although I see it so often that I am half afraid that some people actually do D:. It's very funny talking to my partner sometimes because he made me realise that ungulates...are not actually digitigrade. They are ungulatigrade. NOW I SEE THE ISSUES EVERYWHERE FFF.
