Prosecutioner Bart "Ahab" Abrams: A stern but fair Urban Prosecutioner of the Gigantropolis SuperSprawl Alpha. Him and his fellow UPs are tasked with dispensing judgement on the rampant criminal element.

William Dunn (Subject 33): A homeless man from the bread line who was giving mental powers by an insane genius. Upon learning of his new abilities, William proceeded to attempt taking over New York city. Fortunately, the powers were temporary.

Ensign "Stag" Richards: A 20th century man who got put in stasis for around 500 years. Now he serves as one of the most competent "Maroons" on the Galactic Union Starship Venture, captained by Aloysius T Strogg.
