I have suffered from depersonalization (due to cptsd) for the most of my life, but recently it has become constant, even though objectively everything in my life is fine, except for health problems that I have been unable to resolve for two years now. I have also finally stopped communicating with my mother, who has been traumatizing me for several years; this is a victory for me. Soon I will start taking pills again after a long break. My life has become significantly better because of psychotherapy.
