A commission for Noctilucence1, designing their new Goetian bird character, Grand Marquis Phenex! This was a fun project, blending elements from phoenixes, peacocks and herons for the man himself and Napoleonic uniforms with flamboyant, disco-y elements for the outfit. Also, blending marker colours - got a lotta practice making gradients with alcohol-based inks with this one!
