I'll be honest, I went up until commissioning this thinking Electabuzz was around human height. So when I double checked and saw it was only about 1m tall I wanted to throw that in as a joke. Otherwise wanted something dynamic, so why not a running thunder punch. And Electabuzz gets paired up with Magmar in all the games so may as well make one the target.
