Remy flopped back with a sigh if relief. The coolness of the water instantly washed away the chaos of the day as the crystalline liquid enveloped her. She was careful to clench her toothpick tight between her teeth and shifted it to the other side as she closed her eyes and just enjoyed the moment. She ignored the strange feeling of being watched, knowing Bentley wouldn't meet her at the pool for another half hour at least. Only then, she thought to herself, would her evening truly be perfect.
