Hello, it's time for Summer special. I again tryed to make it not straight-out summer themed, but still keeping some summer signs. I picked cooking because in my opinion, it's pretty useful thing to know... : )

When I was at High school I used to cook, not because my parents had no time, but because I really like to do it. I started with easy meals and than moved to more complicated ones. My sister was the main critic of my meals, so I always tryed my best to improve. I kept improving taste and visual appearance of my dish until my sister finally told me that it's fine. After succesful dinner with my sister, I gained confidence in my cooking and tryed to experiment. Not all of them were good, but thanks to my mistakes I could learn to get better...
This year I went on holiday, to have a break from college and parents at home. My holiday destination was Italy. I love the energy Italians put into their cooking, so I went there with hope of learning something new.
I decited to make beef stake each day for dinner. However, each day I would try to add something I learned from residents of Margano. Each day I would try to compair results of today to results of yesterday. After all cusine is something that connects people even through they doesn't know it...
