Hello everyone. 1 week before I move countries, my brother had moved already and for past 3 days we’ve been dealing with tones of problems. Main being the INTERNET.

You see our housing is in partnership with the company named Elisa that is supposed to provide internet. Building is really old and we need an ADSL modem that we couldn’t find in shops in town so we decided to use the official company website. We have no internet right now Cordies is using mobile internet for past week.
So for past 3 days we were trying to order a modem through a company.

We paid 3 days ago for modem and delivery. 1st day they failed to send it because they got my brother”s name wrong and couldn’t ship it. Second day it just didn’t send because… because. Third day today we call them again for them to say there’s another issue. After Cordies saying we are filing a complaint they changed the status of the order. I am still filing a complaint. Because 100% of the issue was on their side and we spent a good amount of money on the calls to them. If I had been there my other job would take damages for it.

So we are still fucking waiting on this thing to process and get delivered, god fucking help me if it won’t
