Sort of a recipe sort of not, just a cheap thing I've been eating
I got a can of tuna that was already mixed with olive oil and lemon juice so you can add those to normal tuna
Then I mixed it with kyupi mayonnaise and yuzu lemon ponzu sauce, and last added chopped green onions
The tortillas are small keto friendly tomato and basil tortillas. Top tuna on a tortilla and top that with another tortilla.
Kinda hard to eat so I reccommend a tostada shell instead or dipping the tortilla in the tuna mix.

Why not roll the tortilla up like a burrito? It would make it easier and less messy to eat.
I make something similar, but I serve it over leftover rice. I also give it more of a Korean flair, with sesame oil instead of olive oil, and gochujang, a spicy-sweet fermented red pepper paste, instead of ponzu sauce.

Suggestion: boil some ramen noodles and drain them. serve the tuna mix on the noodles.
I myself will make ramen noodles to mix with a can of tuna that I've heated slightly while adding some spices (mostly garlic powder). The only issue is that, as soon as I open the can of tuna, I have to get what of it I want out quickly before one of the cats in my home forces me to drop it on the floor.
