I thought it a sweet (and sexy) animation. The 'mons showing consideration for each other, ensuring everyone enjoyed themselves and each other. The Flygon was eased into into it, with Latios' dick being gently inserted into him, then Latias taking his dick into her. Latios then begins thrusting, and even then Latias WAITS for a bit before she starts sliding the Flygon in and out of her. It's a wholesome threesome, and the actual length of their activities doesn't come off as drawn out, or the subject matter over the top. They even continue to snuggle together after finishing and pulling out.
