I made myself a ref sheet! Both my human self and all the little forms I take! We have:

Platypus: Lazy, selfish and a little apathetic. Prone to crash outs. Likes food and overspending money. Hard to understand, Non-verbal (usually just quacks/wenks).

Deer/Deertaur: Professional, perceptive, paranoid and particularly skiddish. Often nervous and frightened, shy to admit they like things and would much rather run away or be inconvenienced than speak up at all. Easily flustered, unsure if they like it. Deer in the headlights when confronted with something unsuspected or confusing.

Mouse: Touch-Starved, yearns for affection. One braincell and the braincell wants to be drunk on oxytocin. Just wants to lay in bed and snuggle. Enjoys the little things in life.

Kopybold: Horny. Loves dragons and being dragon food. Loves big bellies butts and preds. Very needy and easily flustered. Enjoys it a lot.

S.K.T.: Masking. Puts on a face for the public, uses a lot of energy. Purposefully distant as a form of self protection.
