Well, we can't all have Lobster Thermidor au Crevettes with a mornay sauce served in a Provencale manner, with shallots and aubergines garnished with truffle pate, brandy and with a fried egg on top and SPAM! :p

Sort of a recipe sort of not, just a cheap thing I've been eating
I got a can of tuna that was already mixed with olive oil and lemon juice so you can add those to normal tuna
Then I mixed it with Kewpie mayonnaise and yuzu lemon ponzu sauce, and last added chopped green onions
The tortillas are small keto friendly tomato and basil tortillas. Top tuna on a tortilla and top that with another tortilla.
Kinda hard to eat so I recommend a tostada shell instead or dipping the tortilla in the tuna mix.
~ From Chris: You can also add shredded nori and a touch of Shichimi Togarashi if you want to give this a little more "oomph".
