It was supposed to be egg drop but I didn't stir it enough so it got all clumpy. x-x I usually make it fine but this time I was adding carrots and green onions and I guess maybe I shoulda let the carrots cook first before adding egg. Also these eggs were from a pantry so I didn't buy expensive eggs.
Anyways recipe with recommended instructions:
1 Serving
Small pot of water
Handful of Carrot Slices
Handful of chopped green onions
2 large eggs
1 spoonful of Better than Bouillon chicken stock
1/2 tbs of soy sauce
1. Boil water, add bouillon and soy sauce
2. Add carrot slices and boil to desired softness
3. While carrots boil, beat the eggs with a fork to mix the yolk through
4. Slowly dribble eggs into the broth while stirring to make the eggs stringy*
5. Transfer to bowl, add green onion, enjoy
*if you want clumps, just let the eggs cook in the soup for a bit after they had been added
~ From Chris: Or, you can just poach your egg whole in the soup if looking to go that route :3
