Starting my photography series with a very important day.
This Wednesday was only five days after I bought Everett and brought him home. I went outside that evening at around 8pm to clean his interior a bit. I remember exiting the apartment, walking down the flight of stairs and when I looked to my right I saw this cute little tuxedo cat laying in the grass. He was just laying there as if he owned the place, thought he was a neighbors kitty. I crouched down and went pspspsps (as is customary) and he came running over and let me pet him.
He did not leave me alone that evening. He jumped up on Everetts snout, investigated his interior, climbed all over his roof and rolled around in his trunk, he LOVED Everett. I dubbed him V8 that day (in honor of Everetts engine) and I went back inside after showing him to Day. Day had to go to work that evening and at night it started thundering.. I heard meowing outside and I saw V8 running from apartment door to apartment door, looking for someone that would open up and take him in.. I feared he'd run off into the street because of the thunder so we took him in. Next morning we went to the vet to check for a chip, he wasn't neutered and no one claimed him, so we took the lil guy in <3
Thank you Everett for blessing me with my chaotic eldritch son, I love this little menace to death
