Everetts first trophy that he got at the Mt.Angel Oktoberfest car show <3 There's a whole story attached to how we got this one so I'm gonna just copy paste it from my private discord server:
"We were driving to the car show when in the middle of some fields on the highway we heard a weird sound coming from him, kind of a very loud clunk.
Day was like "wtf was that??" And I was like "idk, pull over, I'll check on him"
So I got on my hands and knees and checked him out, nothing to see
I was like "aight, prolly a rock or something" so we shrugged it off and kept driving to the meet, he was driving just fine
They had us park in the field and we parked him in the wrong spot at first so we had to move him one more time
Day gets in to start him and- nothing
He cranks, but stays dead
I'm like?? "Okay let me try, he's temperamental sometimes"
I get in, nothing, he cranks but doesn't turn over..
I try like.. 4-6 times, nothing
I am CONCERNED at this point and ask day to pop the hood
She does and I see a teeeny tiny bit of steam coming out of the valve cover (it has a leak dw about it) and out of the air filter and I'm like ??? "Okay, where's the fire extinguisher-"
He did not catch fire but I was checking him out and I found out that his PCV hose randomly slipped out of his air filter housing completely
I shove it back in and would you look at that, he immediately jumps back on!
Turns out he was just overheating and suffocating.. This was, of course, EXTREMELY embarrassing because the organizer was watching me the whole time and I thought I'd have to push his fat ass into the spot..
Fortunately the organizer thought it was so hilarious that at the end of the show Everett got blessed with the Jalopy award!"
