Vitrum orbits extremely close to Tumidam relative to the parent planet's diameter. Tumidam's surface gravity is quite low at 0.2g, with Vitrum at 1.1g, so it isnt in danger of breaking apart.
It is close enough to cause atmospheric disturbances in the parent planet, causing a bulge behind the moon, slowing it down. Within a few million years, this moon will enter Tumidam's atmosphere and get crushed by the immense pressure.
The views are beautiful though, if you can avoid being blinded by the incredibly bright star.
