In the country of Krestoza these are two of the apex predators you might encounter.
Cave wolves, slightly smaller than a grey wolf, are stocky and built for climbing sheer rock faces and generally navigating the rocky terrain of Krestoza. They hunt in packs to drive their prey off cliff faces or into the many fissures that crisscross the landscape.

Tatzelwurms are ambush predators, lodging themselves into crevices and waiting for prey to cross their path. Over land they are very awkward and clumsy with their lack of hind limbs and lack of belly scales to help move them along.
