Ironic that you mention this, as I responded to Timid Wolf's journal two-weeks ago.
Several years ago, I was curious about loincloths, especially how to produce one. I found a video on YouTube showing how to do this, with the link below.

I agree that the loincloth is much more sophisticated than I originally thought. It is more than two cloths supported by a belt-rope.
