Even with all the powers Stuart Moose has, he couldn't solve every crime going on in the world. Luckily, Redblur had visited his world unannounced because, well... he was actually lost. He just happened to see a crime in progress and stopped it before anyone could get hurt. Honestly, it wasn't that hard to stop two guys robbing the bank.
