This is Riverstones. Or as the locals call him Stones. He's a vampire that runs the one gas station and out of Pine Falls. And let me tell you it might be modern day to the rest of the world but this Gas Station looks like he lugged it up here from the hay day of Americana and just stayed put threw the hell that followed the rest of the world. Honestly he probably did, they have globe caps to them and everything. All round and he keeps them pretty.
Stones is an honestly pretty good guy for a vampire. He keeps Pine Falls safe and is everyone's open secret. Everyone Knows he's a vampire. But no one Says he's a vampire. And the Rare tourist up this part Certainly isn't being told. But if they Do find out it's on them to keep the secret too now. Not that that's really a Problem. All SORTS of weird things go on at Pine Falls. It's just that little northern town surrounded by pine trees with a pristine waterfall that comes from the mountains and a pristine lake and nothing that's ever tried to change that has lived to tell the tail. The Lake might have fresh water merfolk, the woods might have the occasional giant crow that could be a witch and some of the locals can do some Interesting things that they've never stopped to consider anything but. So What if their is a vampire that's set up shop and runs the gas station? He keeps the town safe! He's a Good Man. He Works Hard. And yanno time to time one of the local guys comes down about his way late at night and leaves with a few free packs of hostess confections and a free gas fill up for his work truck. It's just how it is in Pine Falls.

Stones himself is a very chill sot of guy. He runs his business, keeps an eye on town. Very much Does actually fight the bad things that occasionally try and push their way in. He loves his weird little town and all their odd little ways and all their interesting people with their totally uninteresting just normal abilities that pop up. They take good care of him and make him feel like he belongs. He's the kind of guy that's just nice to sit with. And sometimes you can coax him to tell you about the world but only if he's had one of his smokes first. He has kind eyes and a way of seeing things that really doesn't match anyone else. But it's nice to listen to. Easy going, hard working. Good man. Suits his name just fine.
