I've worked in the same store on and off for the past 3 years, people used to think I was a girl from behind occasionally due to my long hair, which I didn't mind, I found it quite funny... But now that my hair is short it apparently means customers can be incredibly fucking creepy and stand with their mouths just millimetres from my ear and talk to me in a gravelly voice. It happens more often than you think.
