Cafadoa (the blue slime character) is testing Cydney's (black slime shark and dogs) emergency repair measures.

Cafadoa wasn't originally made of slime. Before the transformation, she was one of the first to test weaponized slime/goo related controlling. They developed a manual control mechanism through a temporary eye implant. It malfunctioned causing the slime/goo to violently react and "envelop" her, which led to her slime transformation. The slime took the design of the eye implant afterwards.
The project to develop the robots was called "Cydney" (CYD), and Ecosystem Management (EM), first model.

The robots are deployed to different ecosystems to prevent animal overpopulation and to stop species endangerment. Their slime bodies give them the ability to take heavy punishment from both dangerous predators and harsh weather condition, and can also deploy mini units (slime dogs) as "helpers".
