Man, it's been two years?! I honestly really adore this animation. There's something about this piece that is just really special to me, I still remember working on it. But I saw how bad the wings looked (plus it's her old wings design!!!) So I thought "Hey why not just fix her wings real quick?" I went to fix it and then I just added a little bit more details and more fluff and just...
Doesn't it kinda almost feel like a new animation? I didn't even change too much theoretically, the base animation is still there. This was almost a little emotional to go through again, because it really showed me how much I have improved in those two years.
I hope you don't mind a technical repost, but I wanted to keep the old one in my gallery too. Just to see how much I have improved (even though all I did was polish the animation!)
Maybe in the past, she sits there in melancholy hope, wishing that the moon loves her back. But I think now, I can softly say that the moon is smiling back at me.
